Maddie - A session share!
I received a message from an old friend, someone whom I have known for many years, and remembered her 3 young, VERY young daughters, sitting on the sidelines at the gym, watching their bad ass mama doing CrossFit. When I found out the oldest of the group would be a senior this year, I was SOOO excited to see her and get to know her in her more grown up state!
Maddie is an artsy young lady. She carries herself with poise and purpose, and definitely has a good sense of self. Reserved to a point, but also confident and having a presence.
Spending a few hours with Maddie, remembering the tiny girl that used to sit on the wall entertaining her sisters, was so wonderful!!
She decided on RiNO art district for her session, and I personally think it was a wonderful for her! She seemed comfortable in front of the camera, and as we spent more and more time together, she gave me some beautifully authentic experiences, the experience of her. There is nothing quite as satisfying for me as a photographer who really wants to connect with whom I work with. Thank you for that Maddie!
Below, here she is!
Once we were done with most of our session, Maddie’s 2 sisters jumped in for a quick shot of the 3 girls! I can’t wait to work with the next in line!! (Kate!! :-)
After we grabbed a shot of the three sisters, Maddie and I broke away from the group to finish up and ended up with some funny moody shots to round things out!!
I love working one on one with people! It’s gives them such a time to shine, not have to share the spotlight, and just let down and be themselves. Even if you aren’t a HS senior, and you are just feeling good about YOU, let’s meet to shoot! It’s so much fun and I feel sure you will walk away with some fun images of the beautiful person that is you!!
Thank you to everyone who stops by!!!
Until next time, love and health to all!!
