I enjoy writing weekly about my personal adventures, projects, client work and random things I find interesting! I love to interact with the community and encourage conversation and welcome questions!! Thank you for being here!!

And that's a wrap!!

They DID IT!!

As we all know, in the year of Covid, we are very fortunate to have been allowed an in person graduation for Gabby (and boyfriend Justin) from Colorado Mesa University. It was postponed from May to August, and it was a beautiful day in Grand Junction for us to celebrate our kid’s achievement!

It was a speedy trip, up Friday night, back Saturday night, but I had a travel buddy, good music and a packed schedule while there! This is a small overview of our trip as well as Gabby and Justin’s big day!!

We celebrated, had some breakfast outside, shopped a little at the bookstore, and we were off to head up to Grand Mesa to visit the beautiful location before Farron and I had to head back!

Did I mention, Justin and Gabby have a new puppy named BUG? She’s an adorable rescue and is so very loved! She made the trip too, and was excited to be a part of the group!

Once the fast paced ceremony was done, I was able to pull out my cameras of choice! Instax Wide, SX70 and my 35mm!

We packed up our bags and headed up to Grand Mesa to see it in the summer! Needless to say I was beyond excited! People were up there in cabins, and enjoying the 4 lakes with fishing poles, SUP and kayaks! It was just very mellow and beautiful! We all took it all in for as long as we could!

I know how fortunate we are, to have had this opportunity. Not just the in person graduation, but the chance to get away to this beautiful place, with my beautiful daughters, and of course Justin and his family as well.

Another chapter closed only means a new one is opening! Although bittersweet to see this one in the past, it has brought some most incredible memories, and the future is SO bright, I am so excited to get to see where they go next!! Wherever it is, it will be amazing!

Congratulations Gabby and Justin! So much love to you both!!

Until next time…

love and health to all!
