Daily travels with a disposable camera!

Gabby <3 - Taking a walk to the pond and soaking up time with my girl! Familiar trails since the girls were toddlers!

Disposable cameras…a thing of the past? I think not! When I very first started to get BACK into film photography, that’s what I started with! Easy access, point and shoot style, just enjoying that filmy look without much fan fair. I have shots from Hawaii AND Wrightsville Beach from 2017, both from a disposable camera, that are hanging on my wall as favorites! To me, there is just something so special about film!

The story of THIS particular disposable camera adventure….I was super busy at the gym one day and needed to step away to just get some air. I had forgotten to toss a camera in my backpack (gasps!!) so I ran to Target to see if by chance I could pick one up! Yep, with $12 and a dream ;), I was on my way for an hour to find something cool to capture!

I ended up only making a couple shots that day, but the camera lived in my backpack for a couple weeks before I decided it was time to finish this baby off and see what I had!

See below for my favorites, and a little back story to each!

Short and sweet this time! As you can see, these were pretty random memories I was making, things during my day that stood out, that I wanted to remember with a photo!

I just want to throw out there that you can get some really fun shots with disposables! They are easy, not too pricey, and light enough to toss in a bag for a shot here and there! Savor the roll and shoot what catches your eye in a different way than normal!

I will be buying another one next time I run into target as It was such fun to have access to, and seriously contemplate what was shot worthy and what was not!! lol I only had 27 shots, had to make ‘em good!

I highly recommend!!

<3 to you all and thank you as always for stopping in for my rambling thoughts!!
