This is a selection of some of my favorite images over the last few years.
If you were to go into a gallery where my work was displayed, I would want you to be able to look at the photos and want to spend time taking them in. I want you to be moved, like the feeling of being there in the moment the photo was made. I want you to feel something in your gut, without having to have a written explanation attached to the image. I don’t care if my images are pretty, I want them to be interesting, offering more than meets the eye. I want them to speak.
I hand develop and scan my personal work. I also hand print select images in my darkroom.
